NATURAL BEAUTY OF THE ISLETAS
Relax and take in the sounds of exotic birds, monkeys, and all nature has to offer on your own private island. Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marine Cocibolca and 10 minutes from the Unesco World Heritage site of colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and has a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, paddleboard or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
THE ISLAND
The island has a large single room that sleeps 2. The glass walls provide 360 degree, unobstructed views of the surrounding lake and nature. The island runs on solar energy. There are battery powered lights inside and solar powered lights outside + a ceiling fan should you need it. There is a separate bathroom structure with toilet and a shower just a few steps from the main house. An electrically powered cooler is available to store food and keep your drinks cold. The house also has an outside deck with beautiful views.
There are two kayaks and a paddle board available for our guest to enjoy.
Mari and Oscar, our local property managers will take you to and from the island on our private boat. Oscar is available when needed to take you to the port of Asese for a small fee if you want to make extra trips.
